I did last week whilst waiting for reply to on line chat - took over 40 minutes to get through. Was told that they were looking into it and supervisor would phone me back within 1 hour ... guess what still waiting for call back from supervisor (over 100 hours now).
if it's a local wifi issue then it's not something for virgin tech to check for. you need to test via ethernet first.
yes they do, but the tech chatter sub-forum is not the place for reporting issues. and even then it can take up to a week for a response in the correct area as the forum is not a primary method of getting support.
