Broadband and Tv service in E10

Anyone got any ideas why the service is out and has been intermittently bad for the past 2 to 3 months in the E10 area of London?

not able to get much info for and any text updates say matter has been resolved when it hasn’t, or not able to get any updates at all.

Have you used the /check-services/i  function? You can also a run a test on your equipment from there. 

If nothing is showing  you could also try the automated Service Status number  0800 561 0061.  This often gives details of more local issues down to postcode level.
