Box freezing

Can someone from Virgin please contact me ref this problem. I cannot get hold of anyone unless I want to upgrade no ones bothered.

When watching TV the screen freezes then goes off and the box led flashes red and white. I have to reboot by turning off at power switch and most of the time it will not come back on I just get that welcome screen. Cant get home if anyone at Virgin to report or get replaced. Only want to know if I want to upgrade or purchase other products
