Box cover

We've been with Virgin Business since July, on an Industrial Estate - and came in to work this morning to no box cover outside!  We have issues with kids coming round in the evenings and weekends, assume they have kicked it off and chucked it somewhere I can't find it!

How do I go about getting another one?

Well.. just in case anyone else on Virgin Business needs to know: the Business pages are worse than useless for this problem!

Two transfers; same security questions from all three "service" agents.

When I finally ended up telling them what I had for dinner last night in order to pass security (no sarcasm there at all!), they told me they would arrange a tech visit for me.

I DON'T NEED A TECH VISIT!

I just want a new cover for the box which currently has all the wires & cables wide open to the elements, for heavens' sake.  He doesn't know if they can send one in the post - but asks for my contact details. 

I just passed security questions, not once but three times - they HAVE ALL MY CONTACT DETAILS already.

Biscuit tin duct taped over the box will have to do.  Good grief how much more difficult can they make it?

Husband has made our own cover for it - and no little toe rag is going to be kicking that off and making it vanish!
