If the Bot is stuck in chat .....how do I shut it down , to start again ,it's doing me head in !!

Click on the X in the top right hand corner of the chat box. Another screen will open asking ,'Are you sure you want to end the conversation?'. Click on Yes. The chat should restart, if it doesn't then either refresh the screen (F5 if using a computer) or open a new page in an incognito window
