and I’ve. Been waiting in line for over an hour all the time

I moved back to virgin and for the past 2 months can’t get an engineer to come and complete the process
I’ve been on the hold on the phone now for an hour
and yesterday was on hold for 2:30min
still not luck this company has gone down
When I switched from sky to virgin the engineer was meant to clans do the switch at the ports but hasn’t yet come
2 months now yet I’m paying the full fee
