You can currently register for what appears to be the IP based streaming box on the following page.

Keep that link in your favourites as it will probably be updated in the future for any other VMO2 developments.
You should also keep an eye on these forums for posts from the Mods asking for volunteer/testers, and also bookmark the Trials Forum
