I recently downloaded an app for Worx Landroid Robot Mower to my Samsung S9 android phone, which completed successfully, but the app is not recognising the mower and will not connect to it, it just gives the message that there is a Wi-Fi problem.The mower is connected perfectly to the router Virgin Hub 3), and showing on it. but the phone app will not connect to the mower. Any help or advice would be most welcome
Everything else works fine, but I suspect that the problem is with the Worx company. They did something yesterday which made app suddenly work on my phone, so problem solved I hope. The mower is brand new, so I have asked company to replace it to avoid any further problems. Thanks for your help.
