Additional cable point?

Hi

we have a virgin box at the front of our house where the tv is located. This is where our router is too. We are building an extension and will be putting in a second television at the back of the house.
do we need to get virgin to run a cable from the box at the front to the back (preferably done before works are completed so the cable can be hidden under the floor) or can this be dealt with wirelessly through another router?

thanks

Re: Additional cable point?

Hello

You will need to get Virginmedia to run another coaxial cable to allow a TV box to be placed, this will be charged at £99 for a non fault callout, if you get the multiroom from VM then the engineer will run the cable and there will be no non fault charge as will be covered by the installation charge.

Regards Mike

Re: Additional cable point?

It's best to install a pull rope under the floor so that the tech can get the cables to the back of the house.
