So what result comes back for other users?  My Cloudflare DNS comes back with an "excellent" rating, but I'm assuming that VM's DNS does the same?

It’s very interesting, I also use Cloudflare via my Pi-hole machines and Cloudflared add-on code which uses the Cloudflare HTTPS servers, and they are shown as being located in the UK.
