2 way co axial splitter

Could some Moderator please advise if Virgin would send me a 2 way splitter and terminator cap so I can move my router to the TV active point.

The TV active point is 7 meters longer than my present router point. Don't mind buying the items my self but don't want to cause any problems to the network.

Some advice please.

Thanks in advance

Re: 2 way co axial splitter

Hi nobley,

Thank you for your post.

To move the broadband in the property this would require an engineer appointment.

There is a £99 charge for this. If you would like to proceed with this, please do let me know and I will private message you to assist in getting this booked in.

Re: 2 way co axial splitter

Hello Martin

Thank you for your reply and offer of help.

Because of the "virus" I am shielding and have been for several months, so I will leave this

for a few weeks and see what happens after that.

Regards  Nobley
