my 5 static IP will not connect and engineer said they needed to reset equiptment on their side. how long does it take? and the phone service asking for updates keeps dropping my calls or they dont know ect ect
virgin residential and virgin business are two separate entities (they happen to share the same base inftrastructure though), however your SLAs (assuming you are a business customer) are with them, and as such no-one from here would be able to help with that.
