I have tried and tried to log in to Virgin TV Go, not been on there since it last failed. It won't allow me to log in to manage my devices. I have changed my Password but still nothing, I have always had issues with this service sometimes I can get in other times no chance, why is it so flaky. I get this message
Thanks for letting us know Martian106. Just to confirm - are all of the devices & versions of the app updated to latest versions as well? If so then we may need to raise this with IT - so please get back to me via PM and we'll confirm the details needed to do that.
Yes all latest versions and cache cleared on all devices and I can't access go on any of them. The devices are MacBook Air, iPhone SE, iPad mini 3rd gen, acer Laptop. I have changed my pass word but still the system on Go won't accept it on any of them, it will on Virgin Media acct and I can log in happily, It looks like you have a synching issue.
