virgintvgo W Channel buffering

Been trying to watch W Channel for Masterchef Australia. and currently, getting so many 

 "Sorry , this video cannot be played at this time" errors after "buffering" message coming up. 

Clicking "restart video" starts it back up immediately.

Speedtest is giving me 467 Mbps so I'm not limited there. Just seems that TV2Go is a bit flaky at the moment. Can this be looked at please?

Some extra info, Running TVgo on Windows 10 in Chrome browser. All latest updates installed

well, here we go again ... "restart video" .. every 3-4 minutes or more.

Sorry to hear of the problems that you've been having nmcculloch.

 

Has this improved at all since your last post?

 

Does this freezing only occur when you're using TV go over Chrome? Would you be able to check this on another browser or device to see if it works over that?

Hi Steven,
I am using Chrome and cant use other browser because, guess what, all my devices are used up . So, back watching W and buffering has happened 11 times between 6.40 and 6.50 .. oops make that 12.. no , wait ... 13....

Anything from Virginmedia?
As an update.... 12 times already between 6.40 and 7 and I am using Microsoft Edge this time....oops 13 times ..

Sorry for the delayed reply. Are you having issues with any other channel, or just this one? Are you using mobile data or WiFi to stream the content as well please?
