virgin tvgo

Hi

I get tv go on my desktop but when i try and get it on my laptop it keeps asking to 'register my device' and of course it would not take. so I tried again and now I have used up my 5 devices but none of them seem to apply to my laptop. AAAAAAAAgh. This is despite following each step by step on my pc and my laptop at the same time. Can someone tell me what I am doing wrong. My PC and my laptop both run windows 10 both are up todate.

I am very sorry to hear you are experiencing issues registering your laptop as a device which has now lead to you having no changes left. 

 

I can get the registered devices reset from our side for you which will enable you to register the devices again but I just wanted to check that you are happy for me to go ahead?
