virgin tv go

hi, I was watching bt sports on app just 10 mins ago, i ran ccleaner, now app tells me maximum of devices reached, i have now forwarded 'virgintvgo.virginmedia.com' & 'prod.oesp.virginmedia.com' to not delete cookies, could you possibly reset all of my devices, as im sick of this problem now, and am hoping ccleaner will leave your app in peace so i can watch it at any time i like.

Hi Nigel,

 

Thanks for confirming security with me via PM. I have reset your devices for you now. 

 

By default, when you run the Cleaner, CCleaner deletes all of the cookies for all of your Web browsers except those in the Cookies to Keep column, which can be found in Options > Cookies. Keep the TV GO ones or it would recognise these as a new device each time. 

 

Let me know if you have any other issues.
