Like many other correspondents, I can't remove devices from Virgin TV Go. I have five devices registered, and the message says that I can replace them in 22 days (i.e. 1st April), even though I haven't changed any devices this month or even last month so should be able to remove some of them immediately.
I would like to reset and start again, as some of the registered devices belong to people who are no longer in this household.
Any advice?
