virgin go unable to delete devices

Hi i am unable to delete devices from my virgin go in the settings clicking on them does nothing ,I have tried the link you have given in other posts ,any idea of what im missing as need to remove a few devices

HI, I'm having the same issue. When I go to manage Sky Devices it says I have to be a VM customer. Can you help please?
