Sorry to hear about the issues you've had with TV Go. With regards to your lodger who has access - you can change the password which would prevent them from accessing your TV Go going forwards.
However I can appreciate that certain browser settings can cause complications with the amount of devices registered - so if you're still having issues with that just get back to me via PM and I'll be able to help further.
