Seriously Virgin. WOW! you really need to get your website and apps sorted out. WOW! How can you be so utterly terrible at your website and apps? I can't access Websafe settings on your desktop site no matter what browser I use and no matter what computer I've used and the app won't let me sign in! I'm losing my sanity with you!!! I am seriously considering cancelling! I still have a few days left to do so. How can you be so utterly terrible at this? I should have known when I had trouble with your website in the beginning!
