using registered device but not working

Im using my registered device but it won't let me watch anything. My device looks like its actually registered 5 times... Anyway, I don't understand why i can't watch anything? Please reset my devices as this is the only thing i havent tried

I am sorry to hear that you have had some issues with your TVGO, are you able to let me know the error message you are getting when trying to watch?

Hi Zak thanks for getting back to me.

here’s the error message:

Maximum of devices reached

You have reached the maximum of devices which can be registered to your account. You can use one of those registered devices, or register a new device on 01-02-2021 00:00AM.

before I got this message I was clicking ‘register this device’ but system still would not recognise the device I was using.

Can we fix?

Hi, any update on this please? I also am unable to sign in to sky sports via Virgin login

Every time i enter my login credentials it returns me to a different page. It doesn't accept or reject my login, it just does nothing. Is this something you are able to investigate?

I am having exactly the same problem and have been unable to do anything since December, so would it be possible to reset my devices please.
