tvgo locked out

im being told i have reached my device limit, i understand you have an issue with this, will you automatically allow users to sign in once you have issue sorted out the or can i have mine reset today please, i was only allowed to sign 5 days after being previously locked for reaching my limit, i have ever use one device not the 5 it says i do? rhid has happened about 6 times now, i have allowed cookies as told to previously so this wouldnt happen again

Sorry to hear of the device allowance issues you've experienced using our VIrgin TV Go application, we appreciate you taking the time to make us aware of this.

 

We have recently made some changes in regards to the device allowances and how they are registered with a view to alleviating this issue going forward. We have today reset your device allowance and would appreciate it if you could monitor this going forward and let us know if you still experience the same problem?
