New tvgo app keeps rejecting sign in details, even though these are definitely correct.......anybody got a solution?

Sorry to hear you've encountered this issue with TV Go.
Are you able to use the same details to successfully log into your online account (virg.in/myVM)?
When this happens is there a specific error message, and have you been able to check if this happens with other devices/browsers too?
No problem signing in on desktop PC, but cannot get anywhere on Android mobile
I can sign in OK to Myvirginmedia on both devices,
Thanks for confirming. Can you try deleting/re-installing the app - and let us know if your device's OS is up to date as well?
If that doesn't help then we may need to raise it with IT.

Uninstall and reinstalled, OS up to date, still can't sign in.
