tv on the device registration

trying to get in contact with someone who can clear my device managerment, as i have reached my limit because everytime i try to watch a programme on my laptop it is saying register it as a new device. i need this cleared can someone out there help. i have been on the phone for half hour trying to get someone from virgin to get this fix.  seem to be a common problem

no ,haven't done that on google chrome.
i have now opened tv go in microsoft edge and everything is fine .
