tv go

Hi guys newbie on here. Please help I pay around £130 a month for my package and am getting very frustrated with the TV GO stuff. We want to watch sky sports on 2 devices when we try to connect a message says you have too many devices, so I go into settings and it says you can't change them for a set amount of days, so I wait a set amount of days and go into settings again and it says again a different amount of days arrgh you can see where i am going with this? HELP

I am sorry to hear you have been experiencing issues when accessing Sky Sports on the TV Go service. 

 

I would be happy to arrange a reset of the registered devices from our side to enable you to be able to register.
