tv go will not sign in

my details are correct, im able to sign into my virgin media but the tv go says password or username is wrong. ive tried using the app on my andriod phone and also on my laptop web browser

i just want to talk to a real person

ive looked on help pages, didnt help, tried txt messaging they send me back to help pages, tried live chat they told me to call, i call, they send me a txt to link me to the help pages i was originally on.

im going around in circles and about to just cancel my account if i can without actually talking to anyone
