I've tried uninstalling app and changing password but keep getting error message that I can't login with a sub account. Sky go app seems to have no issues. I think it's time to see if they can do any better with my £100 a monthly direct debit.
HI lhurdley, thanks for messaging us, are you able to try and log in with the primary email address and let us know if you are still having issues with this? It looks like you are trying to log in with an additional email address which you set up ^Chris
