can someone point me in the right direction on resetting all devices on tv go.

Welcome back to the community!

Sorry to hear that you've not been able to reset your devices on your TVGO. If you sign into TVGO on your device, you should see a 'Settings' option. From here there will be a 'Device Management' section where you can change up to 3 devices per calendar month.  Any further information can be found here.
