sky sports device reg page fails to load

Im currently trying to watch sky sports on my pc. but when i load the player up i get error code OVP_00002 and asks me to access the sky sports device management page. the page times out repeatedly. HELP

windows 11 using google chrome

Hi @KarlP

You should be able to manage your Sky Devices by logging into

 http://manage-virgintvgo.virginmedia.com/skydevices 

Make sure it's http and not https. The https is what causes the page to time out.

It's best to do this on either Edge or Firefox browsers as there is often an issue when using Chrome.

Any problems either try an incognito window or clear your browsing history

Welcome to the community 

Sorry to hear you're having issues with accessing sky sports on your PC. 

I would recommend using another browser to access Sky Sports other than Chrome as suggested. Can you confirm if you get this error message when logging into the webpage or when you are trying to stream a programme?
