I have 5 devices registered and somehow 3 are the same. I cannot see how to delete these and message says 26 days before action. It will not allow me to watch on laptop even though registered but does work on ipad. Any help appreciated.

Regarding removing a device, you'd just go to here sign in and then remove the devices you want.
In relation to three devices being the same, I am happy to reset these. This normally occurs if you're clearing cache and cookies. Please still do that, however, please ensure the Virgin TV Go cookies are not deleted, otherwise your device will be seen as a new device.
