i have 5 devices registered to tvgo, 3 of them are no longer used devices,i have followed all instructions but cannot remove any devices, is there a current technical hitch or am i doing something wrong.

Are you looking to replace the devices already registered to the service? If so, Virgin TV Go allows you to replace your registered devices up to three times per month.
To replace a registered device:
Sign in to Virgin TV Go on your new device using your primary My Virgin Media username and password
Choose a Live TV channel or On Demand show to watch
Enter your Virgin TV Go PIN if prompted
Confirm that you want to replace a device
Choose which device you wish to replace
Choose a name for your new device
i have 5 devices registered, it does not give me the option of removing a device or replacing. When I try and register a new device, there is no option to do so. When I try and watch a live channel it gives an error msg 146
