registering tv no go again problems

Everything worked okay yesterday, this evening I'm now getting the message to register my device to watch this programme  

Cookies were not touched whatsoever between, Completely the same browser window, completely the same browser tab

why cant this be fixed I have been okay for 6 weeks now its starting again

Just clicked on register device and still cannot watch anything now i have 3 devices registered and can't watch anything bit pointless to use the 2 remaining slots as then i will be locked out until March 

This is becoming more of a joke than ever

Thanks for taking the time to contact us in regards to the device allowance for the Virgin TV Go service. We appreciate you making us aware of this and welcome back to the community.

 

We've recently made some changes to the process around device allowance and management, we have today reset the device allowance and would appreciate it if you could monitor this going forward and let us know if the issue is still happening?
