I am having problems with registered device as I am told that 'I have reached the maximum devices that can be registered' The maximum is 5 registered devices but when I open my Virgin TVGo app I cant watch any programs on my computer but can do so on my mobile phone. I go to the Device Management section but I am unable to delete any of the registered devices!!
Please can you help as this is becoming very frustrating.
