"Sorry we can't play this at the moment"

Hello. Around 50% of the time when I click play on something it just says what it says in the subject. No explanation as to why. How can I resolve this?

Same again tonight. I will be cancelling my subscription, this is useless.

Thanks for using the forums to get this issue with your TV GO services looked into, I am sorry if this has been causing some frustration. I would be more than happy to look into this for you. I have a few questions about this if you don't mind answering them for me 🙂

  • Have you tried reinstalling the App?
  • Does this happen on specific channels/shows or all of them, constantly?
  • Is it an intermittent error code? As in, does it allow you to watching something sometimes?
  • What device(s) are you trying to watch it on?
  • Are you watching over a WIFI or Ethernet connection?
