Have you tried reinstalling the App?
Does this happen on specific channels/shows or all of them, constantly?
Is it an intermittent error code? As in, does it allow you to watching something sometimes?
What device(s) are you trying to watch it on?
Are you watching over a WIFI or Ethernet connection?
