Thanks for using the forums to get this issue with your TV GO services looked into, I am sorry if this has been causing some frustration. I would be more than happy to look into this for you. I have a few questions about this if you don't mind answering them for me 🙂
- Have you tried reinstalling the App?
- Does this happen on specific channels/shows or all of them, constantly?
- Is it an intermittent error code? As in, does it allow you to watching something sometimes?
- What device(s) are you trying to watch it on?
- Are you watching over a WIFI or Ethernet connection?
