"Sorry - this isn't available"

Please tell me I keep getting this message on all channels on the app and webpage. Nothing ever changes my end but at least once a day this message is displayed on all channels rendering the app useless If I wait an hour or two then all the channels are magically back and available to watch which is great unless I've missed what i wanted to watch and of course until it happens the next time.

Constant problems with this app and some very misleading information I was told when I recently changed my package have infuriated me. I've been a customer since the Telewest days but I am one more screw up away from binning the whole lot and going elsewhere.

Thanks for posting and sorry to hear you're having some issues with your TVGO.

 

Are you getting this error on all channels or certain ones?

Hi,

Thanks for the reply. When I get this message it across the board on all channels.

It is a couple of days since I've seen the message but have changed nothing at all this end.
