I am another of the oops sometgings wrong gang, I habent been able to get on the virgin go app for ages. It just stopped working and I hadnt changed anything.
Done all the usual things, deleting app, different devices etc) it just says -
Oops, that hasn’t worked! Try again later
It is now 4 months later and still not working.
any help appreciated and if someone from Virgin can get in touch it woild be appreciated
