I have reached max no of devices, even though I only have one device which is my laptop

Could we please confirm if you've logged into your TVGo account using multiple web browsers as well as an application on this laptop?
When it shows the maximum number of devices has been reached, is it allowing you to replace one? If you're logged in on a web browser you can go to 'Manage Devices' to check which are registered.

They are all the same laptop so why does it think I have 4 devices?
Can you log into your My Virgin Meedia account (from a laptop or desktop) go to TV GO and try deleting 3 of the devices?
