MAXIMUM DEVICES REACHED

the image was a screen shot of max devices reached.

Your answer below saying support team have fixed it is wrong as I just cleared cookis/cache and tried incognito mode, it does not work.

I need a fix and rebate as I cannot watch tv.

Hi there,We have been advised by our support teams that this issue has been resolved. Please note that clearing your cookies/cache, or using incognito mode when accessing Virgin TV Go will result in your browser being registered as a new device.Best,

Re: MAXIMUM DEVICES REACHED

Come on vm ....please fix this unwatchable tv....all device slots (same laptop) used....each time I watch a prog it uses up 1 of my 5 slots even though same laptop....i now cannot watch tv for 21 days until next reset...

This is now totally unacceptable ....your sytem is not fit for purpose and not of mechantable standard....the help desk today has 1 hr , I repeat one hour wait. What are you all doing in this company ?

Is there anyone there ?

Re: MAXIMUM DEVICES REACHED

I have been reset, but the basic problem is still there that IT should sort out. My cashe/cookis are clear and I am not using vpn or private mode. The IT software for VM product should allow for ALL platforms, and it should be designed as plug and play, with the assumption that we are not all computer experts. Now I reset to zero devices , I will be able to watch tv 5 times, and then back to square one. IT must fix this, or will loose customers. brgds
