So I swapped my computer for my computer-crazy but it worked yesterday. Tried today said Id reached the maximum and cannot change until september. 4 OF THE DEVICES ARE THE COMPUTER IM LOGGING IN WITH AAARRRRGGGG

This has been going on for 2 or 3 years. Can anyone help. Was hoping to watch the rugby tonight

Re: maximum devices reached. Only used tv anywhere twice in last 6 months

Thankyou for the reply. The problem is that every time i log onto tv every where it becomes one of my 5 devices. They are now full again so i cannot get onto it until December. Looking at the forum this is widespread and been going on literally years. Why are virgin not sorting it out

Hi stevebolt

Have you done more than 3 device changes per month?

Hi stevebolt,

Thank you for your post.

Can you confirm if you're using the same web browser when you log in?

Also can you confirm if you clear you history when you finish using the web browser?

That would explain why the device is seen as new each time.  You need to protect the TV Go cookies from being deleted every time you shutdown.
