i've been hacked

Hi i normally watch online through the website, but you said download the app,

 

i did and i got hacked 

 

this fella DESKTOP-POLJD4A is piggy backing on my account

 

SORT IT OUT

hi, watch on the website no probs

 

you said get the app, so i did. Now I've been hacked 

 

sort it out or i'm leaving

Please explain what you mean by saying you have been hacked, what is happening ?

Installing the Virginmedia Control App would not have caused a hacked account, where did you install the App from ?

if you installed the app and the router is now saying someone else is logged in that is normal. The app is logged in

Do you watch the TV on a computer as that designation is normally a Windows Computer, that has signed into the website and is quite normal.

so  there are 5 devices registered.

4 are mine 1 is not?

who's is this 5th device? that i cannot delete get rid of 

and i use a VPN.
