When signing on it just says oops used it on Friday it was okay
tried my dads log in and it works fine

I can sign in but there are no channels showing
went to settings but it will not load any channels just says Oops – we can't get a list of channels at the moment.

I still cannot sign in i have had 2 phone calls but nothing is resolved. Its not my app as i can sign in with my Dads log in. I used to be able to sign in now and again but there was no channels,but now i cannot sign in.
Thank you for coming back to us, there is currently an issue with TV go which isn't effecting everyone, we are aware of this and our I T team are working hard to get this resolved.
