Thanks for using the forums to get this issue with your TV GO app looked into, I am sorry if this has been causing some frustration. I would be more than happy to look into this for you. I have gone ahead and reset the devices on my side for you, if you could go ahead and try using the app again to see if it resolved it?
If it still has the same issue, please reinstall the app and try again.
