Yet more device registration problems

There seem to be many issues. My Win 10 App said support was being withdrawn and to use the website. But it then kept asking me to register the device multiple times, so my PC with Chrome is now registered as three of my five devices, none of which work.

Can someone please reset my devices and fix this problem - Thank you

So today is 1 October. But the device change still doesn't work. The Win 10 Browser invites me to replace a device, which I do, but then complains that I have reached my limit of devices and I need to replace another..

Come on VM: please can we have this problem fixed.

Hi Nigelrjf,

Thanks for using the forums to get this issue looked into, I am sorry if this is causing you some inconvenience and frustration. I'm also sorry for the delay in getting back to you, but I have some good information. We were aware of this issue on the TV GO App, our IT team have looked into the problem and have since resolved it. Could you please try reinstalling the app and try again please?
