Windows 10 app TVGO

So the windows 10 app has been closed. So now we are back to having to use the weblink to use this service. However, as multiple threads say every time you log in it adds another device and you reach your device limit and can no longer use the service. The windows 10 app stopped this happening for the most part. Why can Virgin not fix this issue and what is the point of the service if it doesn't work?

Is this some sort of sick joke?  This is the only way of not having to have multiple device changes with Chrome and Edge.

Re: Windows 10 app TVGO

It appears there is a new app now, which it asks you to download when you login to the weblink. Maybe this will work.

Re: Windows 10 app TVGO

There isn't really a new app, I used the link and installed and the new device is "Google Chrome"!

So now I have two Google chrome.  One for the browser and one for this err app.

Re: Windows 10 app TVGO

Doesn't look like an app to me.  Even implies I can cast.  I can't.

Copy URL gives https://virgintvgo.virginmedia.com/en/tv/channel-asset.html/lgi-gb-prod-master%3A412f33f42d67cb2b62c...

So it is a skinned browser

(note - image not showing of live channel)

Re: Windows 10 app TVGO

Seems not to be a joke - it is sick though and I am pretty sickened. Instead of viewing my programs have spent all weekend fighting with the stupid useless website
