Hi @redgate

BT Sport 1 is working fine on my android and ios devices.

Have you got the latest version of TVGo for your equipment?

Have you tried rebooting your devices ?

Also try signing out and back in again.

Don’t know how it happened but when I went into settings and My Channels both BBC1 and BT Sport 1 were deselected.

Problem solved, but wonder why they got deselected ……

Hey @redgate,

Think I know what was going on. Dad is 89 and was in hospital so wanted to watch Sky/BT Sports using their wifi etc. I set up the apps and showed him what to do. One of the things I showed him was how to get back to the VM home page after watching a programme - click the back icon on the top left corner.

What is on the top let corner of the home page? the settings icon. He was going into this, selecting channel list (as you would if you were not sure) and clicking on BT Sports1 to watch it. Which deselected it on the account. He was also clicking the nice big "Sign Out" button in an attempt to turn off the app when he was finished. That explains why whenever he wanted to watch something again I had to talk him through signing back in again.

Just goes to show how hard it is for a non-tech savvy person to use iPads, apps etc despite all the work that goes into them.

Hi Redgate, thank you so much for returning to the thread with an update.

Really interesting to hear what you believe was the cause of the issue - glad you have been able to isolate it now!

Hope your Dad now has a better grip on using the service online, if there's anything else we can do to help with this just let us know!

When he is back at home if you would also like us to arrange getting a user guide for the TV service or accessible remote sent out to help him get on please just let us know!

All the best.
