Watching Sky Cinema on Virgin Go

Hello

Trying to watch a film on Sky Cinema using the Virgin Go app and it requests a pin number.  It's not the parental control pin set in Virgin setup, and it talks about setting up a pin on Sky but no web addresses or anything to help.

Please can you give more information

The default set top box PIN is 1234

The default app PIN is 0000
