When watching a programme on the TV Go app for IPad, it frequently goes silent in the middle of a show then the sound is not in sync with the video but the sub titles are.
This has happened with multiple shows and I have tried reinstalling the app but it does not help.
It works fine on my laptop where I am connected to the same WiFi as my IPad.

Can I ask, are you listening through headphones and if so, are they plugged in via an adapter?
