Virgintvgo says 5 registered but won't play on new mac

I'm sure this has been asked before but I cannot use tv to go on a new mac. Device settings say I have 5 registered devices (I think including this new mac) but impossible to tell as 3 lines say My Computer - Mozilla Firefox and 2 lines say Martin's iPhone. 1 of the iPhone's is old and not used but impossible to tell which one and same with the 3 My Computer lines. Also, I am told that I cannot change the devices for 28 days. This is just a complete mess and I do not think it is of my making. Getting fed up with Virgin and Sky might be beckoning - Virgin charge me for a phone line which I have never used!
