Each time I use the VirginMedia app on my computer it wants me to register a new device rather than recognise its the same computer as a device already in my list. What can I do to stop this happening everytime?

I am sorry to hear this.
Can I ask how often you clear cache/ cookies? If you delete these including the TVGo App ones, that may be the reason for your device needing to be registered on your account each time you use it.

Hi Thank you. Cache is cleared weekly automatically by a cleaning tool. I will see if I can stop that.
In the meantime could you please reset for me?
