Having a problem logging into VirginTvGo, i have my email address, my user name and account number, but any info i try to enter(mainly passwords) to solve the log in problem, it fails. i can't log in.
Anyone able to help solve my issue, i'm new to using VirginTvGo but not virgin media so guess maybe i have not signed up, but i cant find the sign up feature to sign up.
Any help would be appreciated.
You should not need to go through another registration process. If you are a Virgin Media broadband customer then you should be able to sign into Virgin TV Go app with your primary username and password. This is the same combination that allows you to see your billing details in My Virgin Media
